The Summer House is an outstanding holiday cottage within walking distance of the coast. This pretty property sits behind a white picket fence. Accommodation is great with four bedrooms sleeping seven guests - perfect for a family holiday or a couple’s escape! A luxurious hideaway in a fab location.

Reydon is just one mile from Southwold, a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Central heating. Log burner; During the winter months (November - March) all logs are provided with kindling, firelighters and matches. Supplies of logs are found in the garage, where bicycles can also be stored. Utility starter pack for the kitchen and a welcome pack. No smoking. Pets: sorry, no pets.     A very well equipped property in a quiet location. Spacious accommodation in terms of bedrooms and living area, small kitchen but very functional and well stocked with utensils. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen.
