Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the Breaker Apartment for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and superb location in Southwold. The property is well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay with thoughtful touches like a welcome food pack. While the single bathroom has been noted, the overall experience remains highly positive, with many guests eager to return.

The apartment is frequently described as very clean, with multiple reviews affirming its tidiness. Only one mention of a slight dampness taint suggests a minor issue, but it does not detract significantly from the overall perception of cleanliness.

The location is repeatedly highlighted as fantastic and ideal, with perfect access to local amenities and no need for driving. Its central position in Southwold is a standout feature in the reviews.

Comfort is a strong point, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the living space ample. The only drawback mentioned is the single bathroom, which could be an inconvenience for larger groups or longer stays.

The apartment is well-equipped, with a special mention of a coffee machine and an Xbox. However, a couple of reviews suggested the addition of pint glasses and wine stoppers, and one mentioned a smelly duvet, indicating room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

Many reviews express appreciation for the thoughtful extras, such as a welcome food pack and a lovely cake. While these gifts are warmly received, it should be noted that such gestures are a courtesy and may not be a standard offering for every stay.

The cottage is perfect. Great location. Kitchen brilliantly equipped with everything needed. Beds very comfortable. Although on the High Street it was very quiet and cosy.
