It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There were lovely views of the River Wye and surrounding countryside. Herons is well situated for the Black Mountains, Brecon, Hay on Wye, Ross on Wye, the Golden Valley, Hereford and much more. Many thank to Denise for making our stay so enjoyable and for good chats about gardening, gardens etc. Hope to return for a bit longer next year.

There are patio doors across the whole of the front, so youâre able to have wonderful views of the river and beyond. We were fortunate to have some glorious weather while we were there, so weâre able to sit on the large patio, where there is a choice of seating. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. Denise, the owner, lives above the apartment, so was on hand to give advice; it was particularly helpful to have directions to a car park in Hereford, which we could reach without negotiating the busy traffic in the city. Altogether, a very enjoyable holiday.
