Hereford, a nearby city with an imposing cathedral, shopping and a location just 16 miles from the Wales/England border, offers attractions and day trips. The Wye Valley aonb is also popular with tourists for its scenic walking and cycling routes.

We had everything we needed and it was a very cosy cottage to relax in after a day's walking or sight-seeing. Also, the cottage is in a good position, between Hereford and Ledbury, for visiting Herefordshire.
