Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests generally find The Owl Barn clean and comfortable. One review mentioned it was not as clean as expected, but this seems to be an isolated opinion as no other reviews raised cleanliness concerns.

The location is consistently lauded for its tranquillity, beautiful views, and proximity to local attractions. It serves as a quiet base for exploring the surrounding countryside, with easy access to towns and historical sites.

The majority of guests find the cottage comfortable and well-appointed, with a few noting the second bedroom is cosy for adults and one remarking on less comfortable furniture. Overall, comfort levels are rated highly.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and ample parking. However, one guest noted a discrepancy between the advertised and actual hob type, and another suggested improvements in local dining recommendations.

While many reviews express gratitude for the warm welcome and helpfulness of the hosts, there is no specific mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under 'thoughtfulness'. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.
