About this property

Rose is found in Eardisland, Herefordshire, in the peaceful Arrow Bank Country Holiday Park. Rose is an excellent spot for families and friends to come together, with the extra plus of on-site facilities and fishing, as well as handy off-road parking. Climb the steps and enter the lodge's main gathering area, the open-plan living space. There is a table that seats four, an inviting sitting area with a TV and an electric fireplace, and a fully-equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable self-catering break. Why not take advantage of the decking by having your meals alfresco on the dining furniture? When it's time to turn in for the night, guests have their pick between two bedrooms: a double with an en-suite shower room and a double, where you can rest your head before an adventurous day ahead. A bathroom rounds off the layout and is ideal for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. Rose is the perfect place to create lasting family memories.

The beautiful village of Eardisland is set on the banks of the River Arrow and is a picturesque location for a peaceful holiday. With local pubs, tea rooms and a community store selling local produce which is set within the dovecote, this quaint village has everything you will need. A variety of birdlife can be found around the river which makes this a charming place to stay. Close by, the picturesque village of Weobley, once voted one of the top ten places to live in England, has many timber-framed buildings, and excellent facilities including a village shop, local pubs and the renowned Jules restaurant. Hay-on-Wye, the town of books, is within easy reach as are medieval Ludlow, the cathedral city of Hereford with its medieval bridge spanning the River Wye, Mappa Mundi world map and Chained Library. The magnificent Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons National Park also make a great day out. Surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside including Offa's Dyke and the Golden Valley, this is an excellent location for walking and cycling trails as well as sampling wonderful local produce at a local cheese factory, vineyard and cider farms.

Everything in the lodge that you need. A beautiful outlook on a well kept park. We spent 4 days here and would love to have stayed longer so we will be looking to return for a longer stsy in the future . All in all one of the nicest experience of a holiday let. Thankyou also for the welcome pack

The grounds and cottage were immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful, the other residents/guests quiet and polite. The FVD and puzzles library were great. We really enjoyed it, will likely be back, and have already recommended it to others.

It's so nice and peaceful, being able to sit outside and enjoy the decking, and the peace and quiet. Everything you need is provided, and I just had one query, about something being provided and the next day it was solved straight away with apologies. We had no issues with the Lodge, the stay, or the surrounding areas. You do need a car, or you would struggle to get about, and when they say the wifi is spotty they mean its hardly there, but you are warned on the listing, so you are aware of the fact. We would most definitely stay there again.
