Pay a visit to Church Stretton (4 miles) and explore the area’s renowned geology as you explore the Shropshire Hills AONB’s only town. The market town is a great place to spend a day, whether you’re looking to indulge in tasty treats and catch up at a local tea room, or peruse the independent shops and markets after a walk nearby. There’s a lovely route from here stretching to Caer Caradoc for just under 5 miles where you can climb to the summit of the hill and soak in the far-reaching views from its peak, 459 metres above sea level.
