Guests have made special memories here, appreciating the property's ability to cater to all ages.

The majority of guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A few guests mentioned minor cleanliness issues, but these do not seem to detract significantly from the overall experience.

The property's location in the tranquil Peak District & Derbyshire Dales, with its beautiful views and proximity to local attractions, is highly valued by guests. Its ease of access and peaceful surroundings contribute positively to the guests' experiences.

Guests consistently report that the property is comfortable, with spacious rooms and cosy living areas. The beds are noted to be comfortable, and the property accommodates large groups well. Some guests noted issues with hot water and heating, but these were exceptions.

The instructions, directions and communications were spot on. Steve was very welcoming when showing us around. The property is well appointed and we had no problems relaxing and keeping ourselves entertained. The pool room, karaoke, swimming pool and hot tub were a treat and there was plenty of room for us all to find a quiet nook if needed. We are already planning next year’s trip!!

Stephen and Robert are great communicators and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We were a bit disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of fridge space as the big American style fridge was tucked away in the pool house and had a sign on not in use. Although we used the pool, it was a bit on the cool side and we didn’t stay in for too long , though the hot tub was well used. The younger members enjoyed the x boxes, karaoke machine and the pool table Just a 10 minute walk to the local pub which has a good sized garden
