Wenlock Edge, which is 15 miles long, towers over the town and is a great place to go hiking, biking, or horseback riding due to its scenic location. Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, and Ludlow are all nearby, as is Ironbridge, a World Heritage Centre that features nine museums and the Blists Hill Victorian Village. There's also the incredible Wroxeter Roman City and the magnificent Stokesay Castle.
