A lovely holiday. The cottage is perfect, and the welcome pack much appreciated. Lots to do in area and great walks. We would definitely return One of the best holiday cottages we have ever had. Owners lovely to chat to on phone when sorting arrival arrangements and very helpful.

Honeysuckle Cottage, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, is extremely well equipped (two toilets, combi-boiler shower, bath, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances...) and spacious (much bigger than the picture implies!) with a nice front garden and a rear paved area. Everything inside was spotless. There is an off-road parking area for a small to medium car right in front of the cottage. Minsterley is a charming village and an ideal location for exploring the hill country of Shropshire and the Welsh Borders: walking trails, historic churches, stately houses, country pubs etc., etc. are all around and Shrewsbury is about a 15 minutes drive. The village pub was sadly closed when we visited in July 2021 but it will hopefully reopen in the future. There is a takeaway (kebabs, pizza, fish and chips...), convenience store and petrol station in Minsterley. All-in-all, an ideal location for a family holiday.
