Great Haywood 1.9 miles. Part of a Grade II-listed building, Talbot Lodge is a stunning abode found within the grounds of Staffordshire’s first conservation area, Ingestre Village. Beautifully presented with original Victorian features, Talbot Lodge welcomes families, friends and two dogs seeking a luxury stay in Staffordshire. The open-plan living space is nothing short of elegant, housing quality furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen for the preparation of home-cooked meals. A delightful sitting area is where you can kick back after a long day, choosing a series from the Apple TV or discussing the plans for the remainder of the holiday. Climb upstairs and discover the mezzanine sitting area overlooking the space, perfect for a quiet read before bed. Continue round to find the master bedroom, housing a king-size bed with TV and en-suite bathroom, tastefully furnished throughout. The other bedrooms are located downstairs, each with double beds and TVs, whilst one of which provides en-suite facilities and the others are serviced by a gleaming family bathroom. Great Haywood is a lovely village in Staffordshire, England. The village gives access to a range of pubs and restaurants for some fine dining opportunities, as well as some shops and supermarkets for picking up all the necessary ingredients for an evening meal. Situated just a few miles away is the bustling town centre of Stafford, which offers a larger number of amenities. The Grade II listed Stafford Castle and Ancient High House museum are well-worth the trip to discover fascinating local history. Popular attractions continue in the Cannock Chase aonb, rich with trails for walking, cycling, hiking and even mountain biking, whilst the nearby Chasewater is ideal for a range of watersports including sailing, fishing and waterskiing. Make sure you visit Go Ape Cannock which is an adventure seekers haven for its thrilling zip wires, treetop adventures and segways, something the whole family can enjoy.
