About this property

This atmospheric holiday cottage in Polesworth is set over three floors and forms the larger side of the ancient Abbey Gatehouse. It oozes character and charm, with a spacious sitting room with a warming woodburner, antique furniture and a charming half tester double bed. On the second floor is a twin bedroom with exposed beams and its own sitting area overlooking the ancient roof and datestones. Exposed beams, leaded windows and stone windowsills all add to the charm, whilst the contemporary furnishings make this Polesworth cottage first-class accommodation for family and friends all year round. Note: This property can be booked with Porter's Lodge, (ref 27119), together they sleep 6.

They left Wi-Fi password out on a piece of paper which I think was good. Heating working brilliant also under floor heating. Think it’s nice that they allow dogs in too. Loved the way there was all fresh flowers out and cake, also when the lady gave us the keys she mentioned there was milk in the fridge also, if we needed anything there was a co-op around the corner. We definitely would recommend this place to people also will be returning at some point!
