Welcoming families or groups of friends, its location is ideal for exploring the local area of Worcestershire and the surrounding counties of Shropshire and Gloucestershire including The Cotswolds.

Authentically rural, the property sits adjacent to a working dairy farm, offering views of the Malvern Hills, abundant parking, spacious and luxurious accommodation and a wood-fired hot tub in the generous, pet-friendly garden. For large family and friend celebrations, Byways Cottage can also be hired together with its 3-bed sister, Lavender Cottage and No.29 Madresfield, a 3-bed detached cottage, a very short walk away.

On entering this stunning property, discover the welcoming sitting room featuring a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating area and additional reading nook, ideal for the perfect night in. Alternatively guests can rewind and enjoy a luxurious soak under the stars in the wood-fired hot tub, sensitively situated in garden, or take advantage of the fantastic games and TV room, ideal for teenagers and others to enjoy.

The beautiful Worcestershire town of Malvern dates back to the Bronze Age and is situated on the eastern side of the dramatic Malvern Hills. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Malvern Hills form a 9-mile range of ancient rock, which offers 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways with natural springs and long distance views in all directions. The town holds antiques fairs, WI country markets, farmers’ markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. Malvern has individual shops, cafes, galleries, restaurants, a luxurious spa and it’s own micro brewery. It is also just a short drive from the Three Counties Showground which hosts regular events most notably RHS Malvern (May), The Royal Three Counties Show (June) and the Malvern Autumn Show (September). The town is the home of the Morgan car which makes this area popular with motoring enthusiasts. The Malvern Theatre welcomes productions from the West End and the Royal Shakespeare Company. The more energetic can try many outdoor activities including high ropes, climbing and abseiling. Fishing and river cruises are available nearby and there are National Trust properties, gardens and vineyards to visit in the area. The picturesque Forest of Dean with its range of attractions is only 30 miles away, and the cathedral city of Worcester offering modern amenities is a 20 minute drive away.

In the welcome pack was locally sourced produce which did not disappoint and demonstrates a true representation of Malvern and the friendly people. The maintenance team where very responsive and couldn't help enough ensuring our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

    I would highly recommend it. The welcome pack of bacon, sausages, eggs, milk, bread etc was really good. Our dog loved the fully enclosed rear garden. Owners were very helpful in every aspect. Will definitely be returning.
