Phoenix House receives high praise for its beautiful setting, spacious and modern interiors, and welcoming hosts. Guests enjoy the tranquil location, ample outdoor space, and added bonuses like a hot tub and friendly animals. The property is well-suited for family gatherings and offers a comfortable and relaxing break with plenty of activities and attractions nearby.
The majority of guests find the property spotlessly clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, there are isolated reports of cleanliness issues in the kitchen, which seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.
The property's location is consistently praised for its beauty and tranquillity, with the backdrop of the Malvern Hills and proximity to local towns and attractions. It's ideal for exploring the countryside and enjoying a peaceful retreat.
Guests find the property comfortable, with a layout suitable for families and large groups. The presence of multiple seating areas and a warm, consistent heating system adds to the comfort. Some guests mention the beds being hard, but this is subjective.
The facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and hot tub, are generally well-received. However, some guests suggest improvements in kitchen stock and mention patchy internet, indicating room for enhancement in facilities and maintenance.
Hosts are noted for their welcoming and helpful nature, often going the extra mile for guests. While some guests mention receiving gifts, it's important to note that such gestures, though appreciated, are not guaranteed for all stays.

The hot tub was a big hit and the kids loved scooting around the house and garden. The hosts Jonny and Pam were so welcoming and lovely people to chat to â¦they really have the perfect place for a family getaway! We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again we had the best time. Amanda and families xx

The barn is large and spacious, and there was so much room for three generations of our family. The property was spotless and contained all amenities required for our week. There was lots of outdoor space to sit and relax in or play games of boules, and the surrounding area was so peaceful. A huge thank you to Pamela and Jonny for making us feel so welcome. It was lovely being shown around the barn by Tallulah and also meeting Frank. We are taking great care of our plants, and thank you for them. We hope to return! Terry, Maureen and family.
