Hanley Swan is a small and quaint village resting in the historic county of Worcestershire. Sitting within the Malvern Hills district, between the towns of Malvern and Upton-upon-Severn, there's plenty to explore on its doorstep, including the wonder of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty found just a scenic drive away. The inspiration for the setting of the novel Black Swan Green by David Mitchell, this picturesque village hosts a range of handy amenities including a pub, a Social Club and a village store with a Post Office, providing everything you could need for a self-catered stay. The traditional village also hosts a village green and a duck pond making a lovely spot for a leisurely stroll, with plenty of seating for a picnic too.
