Everything was spotlessly clean with a very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable seating areas and bedrooms. Nice bedding and towels provided. It was lovely and warm, a little too much at times, but saying that it was very mild out. We may have welcomed the warmth in more typical November weather. Only small thing I would recommend is maybe putting a mirror in the 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs. Overall a really good property for a family get together or for exploring the beautiful local area, will hopefully return.

One of our party has limited mobility, so the ground floor bedroom with ensuite facilities is just what we need. The house is spacious, well equipped and versatile. Just a few little touches would make it 5 star: there is no towel rail in the downstairs toilet; the radiator heating upstairs was ineffective and there were no instructions on how to boost it.

What would make it a 10 out of 10: * Less noise from the road * Curtains runner and stop missing front room * Clean up Insects and spiders and webs windows and corners * Pillows for outside furniture * Sciccors * Filter coffee machine (we bought one ourselves) * More clothes hangers * Larger bed in upstairs room * No squeaking sound boiler (had to turn temperature down): kept guest awake in that single room * Get floor heating in bathrooms working * Get towel heaters in bathrooms working * More cupboard space in upstairs rooms
