Carolina Lodge has received mixed feedback, with guests praising its high-spec finish, comfortable beds, and quiet location. Some guests encountered issues with cleanliness and maintenance, but others were delighted by the lodge's amenities and the prompt resolution of problems. The property's setting near Evesham and National Trust sites was appreciated, contributing to a generally pleasant stay for many visitors.
Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with some guests finding the lodge very clean and others reporting issues with mould, stains, and dirty cookware. The positive comments suggest regular cleaning, but the negative ones indicate room for improvement.
There is insufficient information to accurately assess the location as reviews do not provide specific details on the surrounding area or accessibility.
Comfort levels are generally high, with guests mentioning comfortable seating and beds. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable and the living room sofa cushions worn out, suggesting variability in comfort across the lodge.
Facilities are well-regarded, with smart TVs and a well-equipped kitchen noted. However, issues with a misaligned door, boiler problems, and lack of recycling facilities suggest that maintenance could be better managed.
The presence of fragrances and high-quality bedding indicates thoughtfulness, but the absence of a welcome pack and unclear instructions for key collection and equipment use show a lack of attention to detail. While gifts are not mentioned, guests should not expect them as standard.

What a terrible stay we experienced. It was still there that the beds and the shower room are suitable for small people (maximum 170 cm). The gas stove was not ready to boil, it took 30/45 minutes to get a pan of water to boil. The park owner is a very nasty man who I don't think is happy that holidaymakers come to the park (most of the people who stay there are permanent residents of the park), But lastly, the hygiene, mold in the bathroom, stains everywhere in the carpeting, a sofa that sticks to you as soon as you sit on it, bedrooms very dirty, it was a hellish holiday and a waste of money, DO NOT go here!

Due to a chronic health condition we had to use the cooking facilities more than we wished and we discovered that the saucepans were dirty. They had to be scrubbed before use. Apart from that no complaints every thing was clean and worked well. The spot was good and if you want to visit places half hours drive in any direction puts you within reach of a lot to do. So all in all a good place to stay.

Surprised there were no instructions on how to use various equipment but we managed ok. A great week with plenty of places to visit and enjoy. Sykes Cottages the best weâve stayed in. Thank you
