About this property

This beautiful and modern home, located in the historic market town of Pershore, is wonderful for a Worcestershire holiday among family or friends. The town is renowned for its stunning Georgian architecture and majestic abbey (350 metres), all easily accessible from your temporary abode. You’ll have scenic views toward the River Avon from the property, which is one of three terraces nestled together in a central spot in town.

Beautifully decorated and finished, this two-bed home offers contemporary open-plan living, with the kitchen, lounge and dining area all in the one space. A vibrant decor with uplifting colours and attractive prints creates a stylish look. When you’ve been out exploring all day, sink into the L-shaped sofa and watch a film on Smart TV, sparking up the wood burner-effect gas fire if it’s chilly. The breakfast bar is great for enjoying meals together, whether home-cooked or from one of Pershore’s takeaway outlets. Upstairs, you’ll have two gorgeous bedrooms – a super-king-size with a Juliet balcony and a twin, both with their own Smart TVs. Be sure to make the most of the outside space during your stay, perhaps enjoying coffee on the raised terrace and of course, soaking in the wood-fired hot tub.

You’ll find plenty to do within walking distance, with Pershore''s eclectic mix of independent shops, pubs, restaurants, traditional market, and arts centre all within 350 metres. When it’s time to venture beyond the town, you could go walking or cycling in the Cotswolds National Landscape, which starts just 2 miles south – the picturesque Bredon Hill area (4.5 miles) is a fantastic place to start. For an urban day out, the cathedral city of Worcester is 9.5 miles away.

This little house is absolutely lovely! We unfortunately had to leave a day early due to personal circumstances but the time we had there was great. Really nicely decorated, extremely clean and the beds are really comfy - just what you need for a few nights away. Good location to be able to drive to the Cotswolds also.
