Guests consistently praise the Church View apartment for its prime location, cleanliness, and comfort. Many reviews highlight the thoughtful touches like welcome hampers and the property's charm and character. While there are some minor maintenance issues mentioned, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with guests often expressing a desire to return.
The majority of guests describe the apartment as 'spotless', 'clean', and 'well cared for', indicating a high standard of cleanliness. One negative comment about the oven's cleanliness slightly impacts the score.
The location is frequently described as excellent, central, and perfect for exploring Haworth and the Bronte heritage. Its proximity to local amenities and attractions is highly valued by guests.
Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the apartment cosy, inviting, and equipped with a comfortable bed. A single mention of noise from a nearby pub suggests a slight deduction, but overall, comfort levels are rated very highly.
Facilities are generally praised for being well-equipped and adequate for a self-catering holiday. However, some guests noted issues with the fridge and freezer, and one mentioned creaky floors, indicating room for improvement in maintenance.
Guests frequently mention the thoughtful gestures such as welcome baskets with wine and chocolates. While these are appreciated, it is important to note that such gifts are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Brilliant communication from the owner, and all in all a relaxing experience. We particularly loved Haworth Steam Brewery and Fleece Inn for food and drinks, and Changegate Fisheries for a great chippy tea!

The owner told us a few days before that there was a problem with the heating and asked if we were willing to move to Clock View (same building). This review is respect to Clock View. We were very happy with the owner's pro-active approach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Haworth

The location is absolutely perfect for us as it's on the main street in Harworth, just across the road from a great pub and a lovely restaurant. The back (where the bedroom is located) looks onto the parsonage so it's really quiet at night. The flat itself is really cute with lots of original features including beams, fireplaces and sash windows. The kitchen had everything we needed including washing up liquid and dish cloths. Communication with the owners was excellent as we did need to contact them regarding an issue with the bed. They responded quickly and professionally, acted promptly and we were able to agree on a resolution. Therefore I feel more than happy recommending Church View to others.
