The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay.. The hot tub and the wood burner are an added bonus. The house owners are friendly and welcoming and Crosshills has everything you need within walking distance, we hope to stay again soon.

As the house is just on the edge of the village, it feels very remote but is only a 5 min walk from the village centre where there are some nice pubs and restaurants. The one downside of our stay was the heating being owner controlled and locked to guests - it was very frustrating to not be able to put the heating on ourselves for a few hours when we've come back from a day out in the torrential rain!

Paula was very accomodating. Loved watching the trains in the distance from the lovely window in the front room - very relaxing stay and would recommend x
