A beautiful farmhouse table provides the focal point of the room and is the ideal space for all of the family to socialise after a day of exploring. Relax in the beamed lounge adorned with large comfortable sofas and a throne bed for your four legged friend. Cosy up in front of the wood burner and take advantage of the many games and books on offer to entertain the whole family on a rainy day, or snuggle up in front of the TV/DVD with Sky TV. Moving through the property, you will firstly find the ground floor shower room and, past here, onto the lovely sunroom with access to the garden and views of the rolling hills beyond. Off from the sunroom is a separate WC. To complete the ground floor is a spacious twin bedroom. Upstairs, on the first floor, you will find a further three bedrooms: one super king size with an en suite shower room and WC, one double and one twin, all with a scenic outlook over the surrounding countryside. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor which benefits from a free standing bath, a separate shower and a WC. Outside, you will find a large, enclosed garden with a patio area and garden furniture. Enclosed lawned garden with patio area and furniture, separate patio with gas fire pit and gas BBQ, large field for guests' use. Hot tub (only available until 10:30 pm please mindful of any noise generated, and the effect it may have on neighbours ). Stag & Hen Parties are not permitted at this property. Ample off road parking. Secure bicycle rack. Shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance. Please note there are steps throughout the property and garden and an unfenced pond in the garden, please take care with dogs and children.
