A stone-built, end-terrace cottage situated in the conservation village of Luddenden, just four miles from the ever-popular Yorkshire town of Hebden Bridge. This Luddenden cottage is situated on a steep hill set above another property, a style known locally as an over-dwelling unique to the Calder Valley due to its hilly landscape. It is accessed at the front at first floor level and provides a charming holiday cottage for a romantic retreat. Luddenden, a Conservation village in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, close to Hebden Bridge. The village has a lovely church "St Mary's" and a very old pub "The Lord Nelson" where Bramwell Bronte once drank and is asserted to have established the first public library in one of the upstairs rooms.
