Snaptrip says

Guests consistently praise the cottage for its cleanliness, stunning location, and comfort. The hot tub is a highlight, offering breathtaking views. The property's charm is enhanced by its original features and modern amenities. While some minor maintenance issues and additional facilities are suggested, the overall experience is highly recommended. The owners' hospitality and the property's serene setting contribute to a delightful stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers frequently commend the cottage's cleanliness, often describing it as meeting the highest standards. This consistent positive feedback suggests that cleanliness is a priority for the property.

The location is celebrated for its amazing views and central position for exploring local attractions. The proximity to walks and the countryside is highly appreciated, indicating a prime location for a holiday retreat.

Comfort is highlighted with mentions of a warm welcome, cosy atmosphere, and quality furniture. However, a few guests noted the beds were too firm for their preference, slightly impacting the overall comfort score.

Facilities like the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen are praised, but some guests suggest improvements such as the addition of an iron, washing machine, and better maintenance of outdoor lighting. These minor criticisms slightly lower the score.

Guests mention a warm welcome with thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack. While these gestures are appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, although delightful, may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Hospitality of owners and staying on a working farm with cattle, horses, goats, dog and welcome box, first class.

The Cottage was accurately described and met our expectations. The location was good for days out - never far to travel, (eg Healey Dell and Hardcastle Crags) but equally happy having car free days at The Cottage with walks from the door. Coming back to relax in the garden and watch the swallows and bats was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality.

So much to see and do in the local area. The cottage was very comfortable and the owners kind, friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful place to stay with fantastic views from the garden and some lovely, dog friendly, local walks.
