Guests say

4 Lynton Cottages is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its high standards of cleanliness, stylish and modern interior, and secure garden ideal for pets. Its quiet village location is appreciated, with a local pub serving great food just a short walk away. The property is within easy reach of beaches and provides a cosy, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches that make guests feel at home.

Guests consistently note the property's spotless condition, with multiple mentions of its cleanliness. One review mentioned a dirty carpet, but this seems an isolated comment in the context of overall positive feedback.

The cottage's location in a quiet village close to the sea and local amenities like the village pub is highly regarded. Its proximity to beaches and other attractions adds to its appeal.

Reviews highlight the comfortable furnishings, cosy atmosphere, and the secure garden that adds to the comfort of guests, especially those with pets. The mention of comfy beds reinforces this score.

The property is praised for its well-equipped kitchen and modern facilities. However, a few minor issues such as the need for oven gloves and a shower screen seal slightly lower the score.

Guests appreciate the welcome pack and other thoughtful touches, including treats for pets. While these are warmly received, it should be noted that such extras, while indicative of the owner's thoughtfulness, may not be guaranteed for every stay.
