An outstanding stone barn conversion, in the small hamlet of Tatham on the rural outskirts of Bentham, 8 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. Lovingly converted and set in the grounds of the owner's farmhouse, this delightful property sits between the dairy and the farmhouse and boasts exposed beams, underfloor heating, three bathrooms and fabulous countryside views with the magnificent Three Peaks dominating the skyline. With great walking, cycling and wildlife spotting available from the doorstep, this is the perfect home from home. A range of local towns with great amenities are nearby, such as Kirkby Lonsdale, Settle and Ingleton, whilst the Cumbrian town of Kendal is within easy reach. An ideal base for a relaxing holiday!

High above the traditional Yorkshire market town of Bentham, the tiny hamlet of Tatham sits on the edge of Burnmoor overlooking The Great Stone of Fourstones - an Ice Age relic which marks the boundary between Lancashire and Yorkshire. This ancient monument has become a distinctive feature of the landscape boasting spectacular views over the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland - a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Excellent walking and cycling routes cross all three of these stunning areas, whilst nearby Bentham boasts a range of amenities and a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.
