The property was immaculately clean on arrival with everything you could need for a short break to hand. Dedicated car parking space outside was also ideal. A welcome card and a bottle of wine was a kind gesture on arrival along with some milk in the fridge for the all important first brew once settled in. The location is perfect to explore the surrounding area and a short drive to many of the places of interest to us on this break ( Skipton,Settle,Malham, Kirby Lonsdale,Grassington). The Masons Arms is a short walk away and serves great meals ( and a quiz night on a Tuesday - worth booking a table in advance on certain evenings). The enclosed garden was ideal having the dog with us and overall the property was one of our best ever finds on Sykes. The owners kept us informed throughout and were easily contactable if you needed them. A fantastic place to stay and home from home in many ways. Will definitely stay again and would recommend this property if you’re looking for a central location to explore the area. 5 stars without question - big thank you goes to the to owners for making such great accommodation available to holiday makers.
