Perfect for family groups, the accommodation at this Malham cottage is ideally placed to enjoy the many attractions of the Yorkshire Dales at their finest, including two excellent pubs serving fine traditional beers and good food within walking distance. The area offers an abundance of walking trails, Malham Tarn, The Cove and Janet's Foss - a spectacular waterfall. The village of Malham is an ideal base for visitors to the Dales who come to see one of Britain's most impressive natural features - Malham Cove. The Cove consists of a natural cavern or 'amphitheatre' of limestone rock stretching 75 metres in height and 300 metres around the perimeter. A steep walk up man-made steps is rewarded with a superb view across moors and limestone pavements to Malham Tarn - the Pennines' highest natural lake. The village itself has pubs and tearooms and a National Park Centre.
