Resting at the foot of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, you will have easy access inside for a plethora of tourist attractions and country sites that are a must-see. This wonderful lodge presents a stylish and contemporary open-plan living space, with a light decor and lovely hardwood flooring and a large set of patio doors which gives the room an abundance of natural light. Spend your evenings in the lounge and curl up with your loved ones on the provided leather sofas, and catch up with all your favourite shows. The kitchen has been fitted to a high-standard, boasting lovely blue fitted units and sleek white worktops, providing a convenient breakfast bar to enjoy a hearty breakfast whilst planning the day's events. Retire to one of the two well-presented bedrooms; one king-size and one twin, boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, with the master offering an en-suite shower room with quality fixtures and fitting. The family bathroom houses a lovely fitted bath and shower, so you can enjoy a warm soak in the tub after a tiring day. The cottage had everything you could possibly need for your stay, it was very modern, clean and definitely had the wow factor. Would not hesitate to go back.

Plenty of modern touches and nearly all the facilities you need. The location is excellent in easy reach of skipton and the dales. The major issue is the lack of WiFi coupled with the very low signal on mobile coverage it is a real pain when so much is done online these days. The cushions on the sofa and chairs were very flat with use and uncomfortable. There were a few small maintenance issues e.g. intermittent light switch in the second bedroom, tv remote won't turn the tv on and off!. The issues were the same when we stayed previously in a tear ago. Despite the few issues, all in all we had an enjoyable stay, but would probably look fir alternatives next time.

Had everything in it we needed to prepare and cook meals. Ideal as a quiet getaway. Good for people with limited mobility. Just a few steps onto the veranda and then all flat. Ideal large walk in shower as well. Would love to go back again. Only thing I would recommend is a clothes maiden for the laundry room for items you wouldn't put in the tumble dryer.
