Guests say

Guests have had a delightful experience at Lovesome Pod, praising its cosy ambiance, welcoming hosts, and the relaxing hot tub. The property's cleanliness and peaceful farm setting contribute to a comfortable stay. While some minor suggestions for improvement are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Reviews consistently mention the pod being clean, with fresh milk in the fridge and a well-maintained hot tub, indicating high standards of cleanliness. One mention of flies around the hot tub slightly impacts the score.

The property is appreciated for its peaceful farm setting and proximity to local attractions, with guests enjoying the privacy and quietness. However, one review mentioning farm-related smells slightly affects the score.

The pod is frequently described as cosy and warm, with a spacious feel and comfortable amenities. The presence of a hot tub adds to the comfort level, although a single mention of inadequate heating leads to a slightly reduced score.

Facilities like the hot tub are highly praised, and the availability of streaming services is a bonus. However, comments about the need for more glasses, better curtains, and additional storage space suggest room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

Hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, providing treats like homemade biscuits and fresh strawberries. While these gestures are warmly received, it is politely noted that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The views were spectacular, and jumping in the hot tub late at night to a blanket of stars was incredibly special. (Just make sure to turn the surrounding lights off, our initial mistake, ha!) We had an issue with the toilet continuously flushing, but it was dealt with quickly and without any blame apportioned to us. John and Mary were keen to offer suggestions on where we could eat, and travel to - Cod Beck Resevoir is a stunning walk. I particularly loved the early morning visits from the three black farm cats - so adorable and small! All in all, a beautiful break away - have already recommended to my parents!

The pod was gorgeous, even with only being there for 3 nights we considered it home. We didn’t want to leave. Mary was so sweet and even with a couple of slight issues that arose (they had a burst pipe that stopped the water for a couple of hours) they were hell bent on making everything perfect for us. And it was!! We will definitely be coming back

The hot tub was lovely and clean and ready to use as soon as we got there.
