I think the table would be pushed to sit four people in one go. The kitchen was well equipped, a small scale would have been useful to weigh the porridge oats. The decor was clean and fresh, the beds were lovely, the lighting good too. If two couples went there may be the need for two car parking. I would love to come back but our friend lives in Birmingham so would use his car and there wouldn’t be space for two. The area was delightful with lots to do and the mill area was quiet and peaceful. The people living in other units were very friendly. I would certainly book again.

The living accommodation on the ground floor is compact but has everything you need although there are only 4 of everything such as mugs, glasses, dishes, etc so you do keep on having to wash up even if there are only two of you staying. The hob is an induction Hob which are what a lot of holiday accommodation has now but they are not suitable for people like me who have a Pacemaker implanted and it would be useful to have this stated in the information about the place. The master bedroom on the top floor is spacious with an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom on the middle floor is less spacious with a small shower room next door. The whole development seemed very quiet whilst we were there and it is in a good location for accessing various places in the vicinity including a short walk by the river into Pateley Bridge. We very much enjoyed our stay here and I would happily go again in the future.
