The Granary in Harrogate is highly praised for its comfort, cleanliness, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the beautiful views, cosy atmosphere, and the property's convenient location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The warm and tastefully furnished accommodation offers a relaxing environment, with many planning return visits.
Guests consistently mention that The Granary is spotlessly clean, with several reviews highlighting the immaculate condition of the property. This suggests a very high standard of cleanliness maintained by the owners.
The location is generally praised for its picturesque setting and proximity to local attractions and towns. However, a few guests noted the presence of traffic noise due to the proximity to a main road, which slightly impacts the score.
The majority of guests find the cottage to be very comfortable, with special mentions of a comfy bed and cosy living room. A few guests noted the seating could be improved, which is taken into account in the score.
Reviews frequently commend the well-equipped kitchen and the range of appliances available. The property is described as having everything needed for a pleasant stay. Some minor comments about maintenance issues, such as the outside stair and handrails, slightly affect the score.
While the reviews reflect a well-equipped and comfortable stay, there is no specific mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on the provided reviews.

The cottage was extremely nice, light and very warm, 24/7. The owners are there on the farm, but leave you alone unless you need anything. We will definitely be returning to the cottages again. The cottage has everything you need to cook nice meals, including a slow-cooker. There are numerous place to visit in the area, we still have not visited all the places on our list yet. There is a very nice Bistro in the village. A must to try...
