Although within east walking distance of pubs and restaurants there is no noise at night to disturb your sleep.

Bathroom wash basin takes a long time to drain. A chair in smaller bedroom would be nice and there is quite a draft blows down on the bed from left side of window. Also kitchen tap has quite a wobble to it.

Bang in the middle of things-couldn't be any better. Resident neighbours so lovely too. Had such a lovely week.
