This is a lovely cottage, modern inside and part of a block of converted former farm buildings. It’s been really well done, and to a high standard. Lovely big bedroom above an open plan downstairs, and with a good shower room upstairs and the bonus of a downstairs loo. Really excellent property.

Thank you Louise, we had a great stay in your lovely peaceful cottage situated in beautiful countryside near local attractions like Ampleforth Abbey and Helmsby Castle. The tennis court was most inviting but alas my bad knee didn't allow us to make use of it.

Excellent location very puppy friendly (nearly 6 month old ESS) would definitely choose this location & property again may be in the autumn as a contrast to early spring,
