The hot tub was fabulous . I only had the tiniest of niggles, I'm 5 2 so found it hard to easily reach the plugs and cupboards in the kitchen area, something my husband was laughing at all week, if there was a step stool somewhere, would have been handy for a shorty like me. If there is already one I'm sorry I missed it . Thank you for a wonderful place to stay â¤ï¸

It's private and with birds that are friendly come to eat food put out for them. Bed is comfortable and in good condition. I requested a shower slip mat the 1st time and there was one provided in our 2nd visit. Everything we needed for a long or short break. Best jacuzzi we have used too. Mrs pickering is a lovely lady too.

We loved our little home from home, we travelled by train and were well placed to explore the coast and York and then after a hard day's exploring, the hot tub was fantastic and the bed was so comfy!
