The was lots of room for all twelve of us. Amenities in the property were excellent. The hot tub was a bonus with plenty of towels provided, lots of parking. Lovely big table for all to eat at and the small table seating four was perfect for the four children. The lounge was comfortable and perfect for relaxing in the evening. The area was excellent for getting about to see the attractions. We all had a lovely family holiday

The chandelier in the lounge didn't work but the side lights do. The house particularly the kitchen is very well equipped. The house is very clean and comfortable, the beds particularly comfortable. Hot tub area is a bonus for chilling in the evenings. It is a lovely house, not over looked. Malton close by, lovely market on a Saturday. Morrisons supermarket close by for a big shop. We were a party of 13 people from 65 years down to 3 years and we all had a lovely time. There is no downstairs toilet if that would be a problem with some people.

15 of us visited for a long weekend and we such a good time. Despite there being 15 of us, there was plenty of space in the house and we loved all sitting in the dining area chatting! The hot tub was an added bonus! The location is great, Malton was lovely and Iâd highly recommend El Gringos for food- excellent value and extremely generous portions! The Smithy Arms in Amotherby was also a lovely local. Heather was an extremely lovely host who was very accommodating. Weâre extremely grateful for her letting us stay.
