The communication throughout our holiday from Shelley was amazing, this is the best host we have ever experienced in the 7 years of booking through Sykes. On arrival there was a bottle of fizz and a thoughtful bag of treats for our dog, which she enjoyed. Jeans place was spotless and smelt gorgeous when entering the lodge, all the rooms were beautifully furnished and really clean. Every little detail was catered for, the box filled with complimentary tea and coffee was a lovely touch too. (fresh flowers, big, soft bath towels, slippers, soaps and all the cooking utensils you needed) The hot tub was absolutely amazing and was well used, especially after days out to places such as Scarborough, Filey, Whitby & Dalby Forest where we did so much walking
