Guests consistently praise the property for its stunning location, exceptional views, and spaciousness. The well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness, and dog-friendly amenities are frequently highlighted. The large garden and proximity to the beach make it ideal for families and pet owners. While minor issues are mentioned, they do not detract from the overall positive experience.
Reviews frequently mention the property's cleanliness, particularly the immaculate bathrooms. One minor issue with a mattress topper was noted, but overall, the property is commended for its tidiness.
The location receives high praise for its amazing views and proximity to the beach. Guests appreciate the scenic walks and the friendly local community, enhancing the property's appeal.
The property is described as comfortable and spacious, with a well-equipped house. A small niggle regarding a mattress topper and the absence of a stair gate for pets are the only comfort-related issues mentioned.
Facilities are generally regarded as excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen and utility room. However, minor maintenance issues such as missing kitchen essentials, a cot not being available on arrival, and problems with blinds and long grass are noted.
The provision of a welcome basket and the absence of extra charges for dogs demonstrate thoughtfulness. However, as gifts like the welcome basket are not consistently mentioned, it's polite to note that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

There are beautiful views down to the sea it was very spacious with excellent equipment in the kitchen and a really good welcome pack was left for us on arrival. Literally the only thing we missed were a part of oven gloves! There was a problem with the bin clearly other guests had not put it out leaving no room for our rubbish. Perhaps the owners should pay someone locally to ensure the bins go out every week.
