! Cosy, clean, comfy sofas and bed, enclosed dog friendly garden, excellent village location with good choice of food options, and superb base to walk directly out from or jump in the car to visit super beaches and seaside spots! Lovely welcome from John and Leslie for us and our our 2 dogs. We’ll be back ❤️

Perfect little house for a base. We explored the area everyday and the 6 year old was in heaven! Local amenities spot on, chippy, Chinese and Co-op. Only cooked once in the house but had everything we needed ( maybe an extra set of cutlery though?). Our 1 larger dog , (not 2 small,) was happy outside in the garden and made friends with the neighbours!! Only told on arrival dogs not allowed upstairs which wasn’t a problem and I think he’d have slept outside if we had let him!! Maybe mention this on booking as some people have to have their dogs in the bedroom? John checked in on us and on hand for advice if we needed it. We adore Yorkshire and we will definitely be back.
