When it's time to retire for the night, head upstairs to discover three welcoming bedrooms, two of which are king-size and one double, all tastefully decorated and offering a peaceful space to rest. The bathroom is a sleek space where you can choose between a quick rinse in the walk-in shower or a leisurely soak in the bath, before drying off and sinking into the comfort of the plush beds.

Outside, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, taking in the peaceful surroundings of this charming North Yorkshire village.

On your doorstep, the welcoming village of Burniston offers two friendly pubs, Three Jolly Sailors and The Oak Wheel Pub, where you can unwind after a day of sightseeing, as well as The Foulsyke B&B Bistro, perfect for a delicious breakfast or Sunday roast. Cloughton offers two further pubs, The Blacksmith Arms and The Red Lion Inn, both ideal for enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage in a friendly atmosphere. Just a short drive away is the vibrant town of Scarborough, where you can visit the tranquil surroundings of Peasholm Park, before encountering the fascinating underwater world at SEA LIFE Scarborough Or check out the impressive Scarborough Castle. Adventurous guests can also choose to board the Scarborough North Bay Railway for a scenic journey across the seaside town.

Either a short drive or a scenic walk along the disused railway line or Coastal Path Cleveland Way is Hayburn Wyke, a woodland walk with a waterfall opening up onto a secluded cove. There is an 18th-century coaching inn here The Hayburn Wyke Inn, serving hearty meals as well as tasty desserts, so why not treat yourself to some food after a busy day of exploring? The Cleveland Way and the Cinder Track are scenic walking trails nearby, taking in Ravenscar and Robin Hood's Bay on the way towards the seafaring town of Whitby.

The North Yorkshire Moors National Park has some delightful little villages amongst the vast stretches of heather strewn hills and valleys. There is also the ancient Dalby Forest which has brilliant cycle and walking trails to be explored.
