It has a great view down to the beach. Which is just a short walk away. Be aware that it's all down hill to the beach so returning can seem a struggle. The property provides a great space for a large family or two smaller families sharing as it provides two sitting rooms which gives you the feeling of space. The only drawback is parking. You are provided with parking permits but you are not guaranteed to park outside the property let alone in the same street.

We all had a relaxing break and have booked again for next year. We've rented a few properties in Scarborough and this one is the best by far!

Pete is a fantastic host and can’t do enough for you; we had one or two little hiccups which were sorted as soon as he could manage. The beds are wonderful and so comfy, the rooms are well set out (normally we rearrange things to suit us, but not this time) with everything to hand. Practically on the Market Hall doorstep, we got our meat, veg and bread there and only a short walk to a bus stop. Downhill walk on to the promenade means an uphill walk back, but that’s everywhere in Scarborough. All in all, a fabulous holiday and we hope to be going back soon.
