The property receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotless' and 'well maintained'. One isolated incident of cleaning not being done prior to arrival was quickly resolved, indicating good responsiveness to issues.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the town centre, beaches, and local attractions, with many guests appreciating the ability to walk to various destinations. The presence of a bus stop outside and secure parking adds to the convenience.

The property is centrally located, for visiting local areas like Sandsend, Saltburn if you want a short drive or just going locally into the town or beach which can easily be reached on foot on by car or open top bus (bus stop just outside) Thank you for a lovely break, we'll be back.

Welcome pack was a really nice touch and much appreciated. The property was perfect for our family with the living spaces all really clean and furnished to a good standard. The kitchen has verything you could need for cooking meals and breakfast time. The car parking space is a real benefit, it was as described and a tight space, but I got skoda superb estate car parked in the space. Once parked it remained there for the stay as there was so much to do in Whitby which is only a 15 minute walk away. The family loved staying here and we'd happily recommend it and stay again if we visit Whitby.

The secure parking is a bonus, in somewhere like Whitby, where there is not a lot of parking. We did not use our car whilst we were there but walked and used the open top bus on one day.
