But we had an issue with the occupants of the apartment above us. For the first fews days we endured late night and very early morning noises from them. Their incessant singing, shouting, and banging about showed a complete disregard for courtesy and social norms. The constant disruption repeatedly shattered our sleep and ruined our enjoyment of what is usually a peaceful and idyllic location. At one point we considered leaving and returning home but luckily mid-week they either left or had their moral compass pointed in the right direction Because of this we can only truly give this stay 3 stars.

Really comfortable & had everything we needed. On a busy road but you canât really hear it from the inside. We tended to keep the blinds & curtains closed most of the time for more privacy as people staying in other apartments can see in. Handy for the town, approx a 20 minute walk, then we used local buses most of the time.
