While some minor issues are mentioned, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many guests keen to return.

Reviewers frequently highlight the spotless condition of the apartment, with many describing it as one of the cleanest they've stayed in. The consistent emphasis on cleanliness across reviews justifies a near-perfect score.

The location is generally well-regarded due to its proximity to the Cinder Track and Whitby town, with the convenience of a parking space. Some guests note it's a bit of a walk, occasionally uphill, but still find it manageable and pleasant.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms and beds. There are a few comments about mattress and sofa preferences, but these are subjective and the majority of feedback is positive.

The apartment is praised for being well-equipped, with a special mention of the kitchen facilities. Some guests experienced issues with the shower temperature and water pressure, and a suggestion for towel hooks, which slightly affects the score.

Many guests mention the thoughtful touches like biscuits, milk, and a welcome pack. While these are highly appreciated, it's important to note that such personal touches, although common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Only things we would have liked was somewhere to hang towels in bathroom, and an oven glove. There was also no recycling facility at the flats although I understand this is a result of past abuses - and nowhere locally to recycle. However will definitely return.

It was like a show home. Not too far from town either, especially with the cut-through we found. We had a lovely stay.

The parking and location are great. The only downside for us (which is obviously an individual thing) is that we found the mattresses and the sofa really uncomfortable.
