This three-storey terraced property is ideal for a family wanting to explore the city of York. The property is a short 10 minute walk from York train station with easy access links to the rail network and a 24 hour car park is located within a 5 minute walk for visitors arriving by car. Entering the property, you will find an immaculately-presented property with contemporary styling, beginning with the spacious living/dining room, with plush leather sofas and an arm chair to relax on, whilst enjoying the views from the stunning bay window, or enjoying your favourite programme on the TV. The dining table provides seating for the whole family, and is the ideal place to make plans for your stay and enjoy meals together, with patio doors that open up onto the decking area in the back garden, flooding the room with natural light.
