This complex of adults only lodges are located on the outskirts of Easingwold, at the heart of some of the most beautiful scenery England has to offer. Nestled in the Howardian Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty with rolling wooded hills and river valleys which provide a unique landscape to explore, whether by car, foot or cycle. Nearby Easingwold benefits from an excellent choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes to chose from. Why not visit the picturesque market town of Helmsley for a dip in the outdoor pool, treat yourself to meal or spa at the well known Feversham Arms or sample the local Ryeburn ice cream. With the North York Moors and The White Horse at Sutton bank locally, you really are spoilt for choice for areas to explore. For some memorable days out, visit Flamingo Land Resort, Castle Howard or the walled city of York, the capital of Yorkshire, home to an eclectic mix of pubs, restaurants and shops, the infamous Gothic Minster or enjoy at day at the races. Located in a small quiet parkland of lodges, the lodge sits near the lake with views from the terrace. The lodge is accessed via a short flight of steps leading up to the front door. Once inside, you ll immediately be greeted by a spacious and light filled lounge/kitchen/diner with a feature fireplace and an electric fire for cosy nights in. Large comfortable sofa and a Smart TV feature in the lounge, and the contemporary style kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There s also a dining table with seating for four, and patio doors leading out to the decked terrace. Bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. There are two bedrooms: a well fitted double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a shower and WC, and a small twin bedroom. Sit outside on your terrace with a refreshing drink in hand while you enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds you. Throw a blanket down and take a picnic over to the lake and watch the swans on the water. After a long day exploring, sink into the hot tub for a luxury lodge experience. Need to know: please note this IS AN adults only park. 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin with 2.6 singles. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower and WC, 1 bathroom with bath/shower over and WC. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Smart TV in lounge. Private wood fired hot tub (logs provided). Large decked terrace with outdoor furniture. Parking space for 1 car. Pub and shops 1.5 miles. Wifi. Fly fishing is available by prior arrangement. Complex of lodges. Please note owner provides adequate logs to use hot tub daily, although additional logs can be purchased directly from caretaker. Caretaker can also ensure hot tub is ready for use on day of arrival or after a day out exploring. 10 charge for day of arrival, 5 per additional day, to be organised with caretaker.
