The location is appreciated for its countryside setting and reasonable access to major centres, suggesting a balance of tranquillity and convenience.

The large and airy bedrooms contribute to the comfort, although one mention of a cold bedroom suggests a slight inconsistency in heating.

The grounds and garden are outstanding. A good location for getting about to Royal Deeside. The owners were very welcoming and offered eating out suggestions etc. The only small point was one of the bedrooms was cold at night as the heating didn’t click on.

Set out in the countryside but with reasonable access to all the major centres. The cottage itself is very clean and well equipped with everything needed supplied. The bedrooms are large and airy with many beds. It has a woodburning fire which really adds to the ambience on a cold wet night. There is a large enclosed garden for your pet to run around in. Plenty of birds of different variety to see and watch including owls which if you are lucky you will see flying. The owners had left us a nice bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Would we go back, yes definitely.

    Would definitely come back again.
