Fantastic views of the golf course and sea, and had everything provided that we could possibly need for a relaxing few days away. We really appreciated the treats that were provided, after a long drive to get here. The cottage is wonderfully peaceful, spotlessly clean, and we also had the pleasure of meeting the friendly owner, who answered any questions that we had, and advised on quiet walks with our dog etc. In short, it is impossible to improve this cottage and the relaxing stay we had.

Craigievar is definitely one of the best. We all thought it was comfortable and extremely clean. The facilities were excellent and the furniture was of high quality. The view from the cottage is fantastic.. being able to see the sea and a golf course, the boys were in Heaven! The gorgeous weather in the day and beautiful harvest moons on an evening were an extra bonus. A big thank you to the owners for renting out such a lovely home

Booked for a week to catch up with family. Weather colder than expected but cottage was really cosy. Grandchildren loved their room. Cottage has everything you need, including bowls and towels for the dog, who loved the big garden. Lots to do close by including Cruden Bay beach, pop into the recently opened Harbour Cafe which is dog friendly, Forvie Nature Reserve, seal watching at Newburgh beach and a little further away is Aden Country Park which is great for any younger family members. The lock on the family bathroom door was stiff so may need checking, also not able to use bottom drawer in freezer as frozen solid, otherwise we have been so impressed with our stay we have already booked a return visit for next year.
