Guests have enjoyed their stays at North Wing - Pitmedden Gardens, praising its spaciousness, cleanliness, and the beautiful gardens. The historic charm and grandeur of the property, along with the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, have been appreciated. Access to the private gardens and the surrounding walks add to the appeal. Some guests suggested improvements for seating comfort and lighting, but these were minor compared to the overall positive experience.
The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained. A few guests noted spider webs and a need for better waste disposal instructions, but these comments were rare compared to the overall positive feedback on cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its picturesque setting and quietness, with easy access to gardens and local amenities. Some guests found the nearby village less appealing, but the proximity to attractions and walks was a highlight.
The beds are frequently mentioned as very comfortable. However, several guests found the lounge furniture uncomfortable, despite the property's overall spaciousness and warmth. The addition of cushions was a common suggestion.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the kitchen and bathroom amenities. Some guests experienced issues with heating controls, Wi-Fi signal, and lighting, but these were balanced by positive comments on the property's equipment and the bonus of a wood-burning stove.
