This very smartly presented and fresh stone cottage is ideally situated in a quiet road within a few minutes walk of excellent local facilities and a fabulous award-winning beach in the village of St. Combs near Fraserburgh. The town of Fraserburgh is five miles from this village and is a perfect holiday venue as it encompasses everything everyone wants. Its coastal location ensures fabulous views and great wildlife and the facilities in the town mean that shopping, dining out and a walk to the pub in the evening are all easy. The smart accommodation would be ideal for a family group or group of friends who will appreciate the style and comfort of the cottage. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar where home-cooked meals can be easily prepared and enjoyed before retiring to the comfort of the cosy sitting room. The contemporary bathroom is on the ground floor and there are two charming bedrooms on the first floor. Just a few minutes walk away is the coast where the North Sea meets the Moray Firth and this coastline has many little villages and lots of lovely beaches all waiting to be explored and enjoyed. Visit Cullen and enjoy is famous Cullen skink soup or stop off at Portsoy where the local ice cream is famous. Wildlife on this coastline is amazing and dolphins pass by regularly so take a boat trip out onto the waters and enjoy the views and the dramatic coastline. Closer to home take a short walk to The Tufted Duck Hotel with its panoramic views and enjoy great food made from fresh local produce, particularly fish. This charming cottage ensures an excellent holiday for everyone.
Fraserburgh is situated just along the north east coast from Aberdeen and borders the mouth of the Moray Firth. It is a busy fishing port with todays boats far bigger than they were in bygone days. The town is a real community with an impressive 18 hole golf course. With its modern clubhouse visitors are most welcome and can enjoy the bar, dining room and lounge areas that overlook the course and sand dunes.
