Heatherbank is a well-received cottage in Helensburgh, praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and tranquil setting. Guests enjoyed the hot tub and the property's proximity to local attractions. The host's friendliness and helpfulness are frequently mentioned, adding to the positive experience. Some guests noted the challenging access lane and ongoing exterior work, but these did not significantly detract from the overall enjoyment.
The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with only one mention of a murky hot tub, suggesting high standards of cleanliness are generally maintained.
The location is appreciated for its peacefulness and proximity to local amenities and scenic areas, despite some concerns about the tricky access lane.
The cottage is frequently described as spacious and comfortable, with ample room for guests and cosy living spaces, although there is a single mention of an uncomfortable couch.
Facilities like the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen are highlights, though there are comments about ongoing exterior work and the need for minor improvements in kitchenware and exterior lighting.
While guests have mentioned a generous welcome pack and the host's responsiveness, there is insufficient information to assess the consistency of thoughtful gestures like gifts, and therefore a score cannot be provided.

Driveway is challenging but manageable, house is spotlessly clean, four bedrooms, all double beds. Hot tub perfect, a few walls close to the house. Thereâs only one pub in the village which is ok, plenty of other eateries in nearby Helensburgh and Dumbarton. All round itâs a perfect property.
